Choc Chip Banana Oat Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 egg (or egg replacement)

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup Outback Harvest Brown Teff Flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup dark choc chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

  2. Add all ingredients (except the choc chips) into a bowl.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Fold through choc chips.

  5. Pour mixture into a lined square baking tray.

  6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy
