SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Outback Harvest aims normally ships goods via Australia Post. Each domestic order will take between 2-7 working days. International shipping is not available at this stage.

Each order for products placed through the website that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Product returns

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty. If you wish to return a faulty product, please notify us via email at getintouch@outbackharvest.com.au within 5 working days of delivery.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding delivery charges.

Currency

All prices shown are in AUD. All orders will be processed in Australian Dollars.
