Outback Harvest is owned and operated by the McNaul family, located near the township of Wakool in the southern Riverina of NSW. We have a long history in agriculture stretching back over 4 generations.

Known for outstanding pride and passion and producing superior quality crops we are continually striving for innovation and exceeding industry best practice.

We value old school farming practices with a regenerative approach utilising crop rotations in efforts to not deplete minerals from soils and even incorporate animal grazing techniques to keep weeds at bay and for natural fertilisation.

We were industry leaders installing Solar panels on the farm over 10yrs ago and implement nature reserves throughout the landscape to assist in natural processes and habitat for creatures great and small.

We were the first Australian commercial grower of Teff seed and have since become an industry leader and premier supplier of Teff flour and seed.

We initially noticed a gap in the supply chains of reliable and sustainable Australian grown Gluten Free ingredients but later went on to also set up our own dedicated Gluten Free Flour Manufacturing facility to ensure that we saw the vision carry through from Farm to Fork.

Our goal is to provide a true Paddock to plate consumer experience to reinvigorate the personal connection between the origins of food produced by farmers to the people that consume them.

Our manufacturing plant in Sunshine north, Victoria is a Certified Gluten Free and Allergen Free site and operates under strict HACCP and GMP regulations and practices.
