Despite it’s name our Australian Glutinous (sweet) Rice is naturally Gluten free and proudly grown on our Family farm in the Riverina region of NSW.

We process the paddy removing the husk and bag fresh.

Our Australian Glut (sweet) Rice contains high amounts of essential vitamins and minerals and is an excellent ingredient for all gluten-free dishes and puddings or baking of breads, cakes, wraps, muffins, cookies, sauces and more where a sticky texture is required.
