We initially noticed a gap in the supply chains of reliable and sustainable Australian grown Gluten Free ingredients but later went on to also set up our own dedicated Gluten Free Flour Manufacturing facility in Sunshine north, Victoria to ensure that we saw the vision carry through from Farm to Fork.
