Made with just three ingredients (Rice flour, Rich starch, Teff flour) this convenient and wholesome meal is jam packed with nutritional benefits being a good source of Protein, Fibre and Iron. Teff is an ancient grain that originated in Ethiopia over 6000 years ago.
Teff seeds are naturally Gluten free and are extremely versatile being used in salads, smoothies, main meals and of course as baked goods such as muffins, breads, brownies and pancakes.
