We’re excited to announce that our next Influencer Inspired Recipe is by the wonderful Kirstie Cunningham aka @themobilenutritionist, who whipped up a batch of these simple Gluten Free Dairy Free Choc Chip Cookies using our Ivory Teff Flour. And they are DELICIOUS!!
Kirstie is a Brisbane based Nutritionist and recipe developer who loves to share her simple, real food recipes online. Kirstie believes cooking and eating should be fun and she is all about helping her community find simpler ways to cook, eat and live. Gluten Free Dairy Free Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup Outback Harvest Ivory Teff Flour
1/4 cup choc chips (dairy free if needed)
1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
1 egg
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs peanut butter
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.
Roll mixture into balls and flatten on a lined oven tray.
Cook for 15 minutes until golden and enjoy!
