It’s time to meet our next influencer, Sarah from @sarahs_spoonful.
Sarah is a Tasmanian girl and is currently studying law in Sydney. In between writing seemingly endless assignments and attending sobering seminars, Sarah finds herself crafting health conscious creation in the kitchen. Sarah’s strong appeal (pun intended) for promoting nutrition and how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle has lead her to develop an incredible social media presence and one that we look forward to seeing on our newsfeed each day.
Sarah has developed a handful of recipes for us over the past months that have all been incredible (images below). It was tricky knowing which of these creations to feature on our page, so we decided to show a glimpse of them all while providing the recipe to our personal favourite… the slice - in our eyes, it takes the cake!
Speaking of Sarah’s amazing creations, she is currently celebrating the long awaited release of her very first recipe e-book, Wellness for Less. Sarah’s book provides a balanced guide to living a healthy life and contains 175 pages of beautiful content filled with irresistible recipes. The book also contains a comprehensive nutrition guide that has been approved by clinical nutritionist Naturally Nina (you might remember Nina from the Gingerbread Teff Granola creation that featured in one of our earlier Inspired Recipes).
If you’d like to support Sarah and interested in getting your hands on a copy of her interactive e-book, you can preview it or buy it by hitting the button below. We’ve had our hands on it since the weekend and have already bookmarked enough recipes to last us the next few months!
We could write lengths on Sarah’s talents, but let’s be honest - you are here for one reason and that’s for this irresistible Teff, Chocolate and Rose Muesli Slice. So, scroll down to discover the recipe below.
